Discover the Rest & Restore Protocol

A Polyvagal-Informed Pathway to Deep Rest, Regulation & Embodied Ease

A new listening therapy developed to support healing, restoration and homeostasis.

When your nervous system has been living in overdrive, shutdown, or constant “doing,” it can be hard to feel truly rested—no matter how much you slow down. The Rest & Restore Protocol™ (RRP) offers a gentle, science-informed way to support your system in returning to balance.

Rest and Restore Protocol™ is Sonocea® Enhanced

Sonocea® is an innovative, patent-pending sonic augmentation technology that uses acoustic parameters that go beyond traditional sound design, integrating the scientific knowledge of endogenous biological rhythms with the nervous system’s potential to be entrained through rhythmic stimulation.

Why does this matter?

By fostering coherence and harmony within these neural pathways, RRP helps individuals feel more at ease, and improve mental and physical well-being. It complements existing therapeutic treatments and interventions for chronic stress and trauma-related challenges, offering a powerful tool to enhance and accelerate therapeutic outcomes and provide holistic support.

What is the Rest & Restore Protocol?

The Rest & Restore Protocol™ is a sound-based therapeutic program that:

  • Utilizes specially composed, rhythmically informed music to support deep relaxation and recovery

  • Targets the physiological rhythms linked to rest, digestion, immune function, and repair.

  • Complements other therapeutic approaches, including the Safe and Sound Protocol™, by focusing on self-regulation, replenishment, and connection with self

Rather than asking you to “try harder” to relax, RRP creates the conditions for your nervous system to remember how.

How I Integrate Rest & Restore

Within my practice, RRP is supported through:

  • Somatic awareness – gentle guidance to notice cues, sensations, and shifts in your body

  • Mindful movement – simple, accessible movement to support regulation and release tension

  • Breath practices – cultivating slower, steadier breathing that reinforces safety

  • Imagery & orienting – using inner and outer focus to anchor calm and presence

These elements help your system receive and integrate the listening experience, making RRP not just a passive intervention, but an embodied pathway toward sustainable regulation.

Who is Rest & Restore For?

This protocol may be supportive if you:

  • Feel stuck in cycles of stress, fatigue, or collapse

  • Are seeking deeper rest, recovery, and nervous system support

  • Want to complement your Safe and Sound Protocol™ experience with integration work

  • Prefer a gentle, body-based approach rather than purely cognitive or talk-focused work

(RRP is designed to be delivered by trained providers and is offered in a supportive, attuned, and paced environment.)
