POLYVAGAL-INFORMED PRACTICE
A Space to
Restore, Reconnect and Heal
Through listening therapies, somatic movement,
and compassionate guidance —
Helping you cultivate greater ease, balance, connection, and vitality.
What brought you here today?
Perhaps you're navigating a period of stress, uncertainty, illness, transition, or change.
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, disconnected from yourself, or simply sensing that something is asking for your attention.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
Many of the struggles we navigate are not signs that something is wrong with us.
They are often intelligent adaptations—ways of protecting ourselves, responding to life's challenges, and making our way through the world with the resources available to us at the time.
Rather than approaching these patterns as problems to be fixed, I invite a perspective rooted in curiosity, compassion, and respect for the wisdom they hold.
Through listening therapies, mindful movement, embodied practices, and compassionate support, we create the conditions for greater awareness, flexibility, and connection.
Because healing is not about becoming someone else.
It is about coming home to yourself.
The Body Is Always Communicating
Sometimes it simply needs the right conditions to be heard.
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) are two listening therapies designed to support nervous system healing, restoration, and resilience.

There is often an inner stirring.
A quiet invitation to listen more deeply.
A question.
A longing.
A possibility beginning to emerge.
A sense that something is asking for our attention.
Beneath the challenges that bring us here, there is often something seeking expression—new possibilities, deeper understanding, or aspects of ourselves waiting patiently to be heard beneath the surface.
It is often in those moments of uncertainty that we become curious and open up—to new possibilities, deeper understanding, and different ways of relating to ourselves and the world around us.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the human spirit and our remarkable capacity to adapt, heal, and evolve throughout life.
Human beings are far more complex than any diagnosis, label, or theory can fully describe.
The person is always larger than the diagnosis.
The story is always larger than the label.
The work simply begins by listening.
Together, we can explore what feels most supportive for you at this moment.

“ Our autonomic nervous system is the foundation of our lived experience.”
—Deb.Dana
The challenges we face can sometimes leave our nervous systems working overtime, making it difficult to fully rest, connect, and recover.
With the right support, the body has a remarkable capacity to heal, adapt, and find its way back toward balance.
New possibilities can begin to emerge.
The return of rest, connection, vitality,
and a greater sense of ease.
How Sound Therapy Supports Your Nervous System
SSP and RRP use specially filtered music to engage the vagus nerve
through the auditory system.
As the brain receives cues of safety, the nervous system can shift from states of vigilance and stress toward regulation, connection, and rest.
Auditory Engagement
Specially filtered sound stimulates the middle ear muscles, helping the nervous system detect cues of safety in the human voice and environment.
Ventral Vagal Activation
These signals activate the ventral vagal pathway — the branch of the nervous system responsible for calm, connection, and social engagement.
Lasting Regulation
With repeated listening, the nervous system gradually learns to return more easily to a regulated baseline of safety and balance.
