What is the Rest & Restore Protocol?

The Rest & Restore Protocol™ (RRP) is more than a relaxation tool — it’s a science-informed, sound-based intervention designed to help your nervous system return to balance.

The Rest and Restore Protocol is a guided process designed to support your nervous system step by step.

  • Beyond the Music – I Provide psychoeducation, regulating activities, and gentle movement you can use during or between sessions to deepen regulation and integration
