Through slow, intentional movement and deep listening, you learn to release tension, restore natural alignment, and move from a place of presence.
It’s not about how it looks—it’s about how it feels. Each breath, each gesture becomes a quiet invitation to come home to yourself.
As you attune to the exquisite sensory intelligence of your body, your experience of being alive begins to shift. That shift naturally transforms the way you move—and the way you hold yourself in the world.

Private coaching : $130- $160 (Sliding scale)
Private 1:1 sessions (online or in person on Maui) 60 minutes.
First time clients assessment is 75 minutes / $180
