This option is designed for individuals who feel comfortable moving through the Safe and Sound Protocol with a greater degree of independence while still benefiting from professional guidance and support along the way.

We begin with a 60-minute onboarding session where we'll review your history, establish a listening plan, and ensure everything feels appropriately paced for your unique nervous system.

From there, you'll continue the program at your own rhythm, with access to email support and periodic check-ins should questions or adjustments arise. You'll have the flexibility to move independently while knowing guidance is available when needed.

Because safety and co-regulation matter deeply, I encourage having a trusted friend, partner, or family member nearby during listening whenever possible, especially during the early stages of the program.

  • Program Investment: $480

  • Pay in Full: $432 (10% discount)

  • Payment Plan: 2 monthly payments of $240
