Self-Guided listening Path
if you feel confident in calming and re-centering your nervous system on your own. You value independence, and you’d like the flexibility to move through SSP at your own pace, with gentle touchpoints along the way.
Because co-regulation and safety matter deeply, even in an independent model, I encourage having someone you feel safe and comfortable with (a friend, partner, or family member) present during listening whenever possible.
What’s included
Simple access to all SSP music programs through your phone and over-the-ear headphones.
Connect (5 hrs) — A gentle introduction to prepare your system.
Core (5 hrs) — The heart of SSP, designed to support deep vagal engagement.
Balance (5 hrs) — Extends and stabilizes the benefits, helping you integrate before repeating Core.
Introductory Session (60 min, Zoom) — We’ll meet to introduce the program, set your goals, and create a pace that works for you.
Progress Check-ins — Brief touch points during your Core sessions to ensure things are moving smoothly.
Ongoing Support — Light email/text check-ins for questions and pacing adjustments.
Flexible Timeline (6 months) — Access to Connect, Core, and Balance, allowing you to move at your own rhythm.
Optional Add-On Support — Additional coaching available at standard rates. ($130)
